Yup, I've gotten a few of these as well. If you check out the site they're talking about, it's clearly a content farm, although a pretty subtle one. I'm pretty sure what they want to do is write a post that links to them and then get you to post it on your blog. That gives them inbound links, SEO juice, and general credibility. That's my best guess, anyway.

My dog's blog gets these as well. My guess is it's an attempt to seed sites with SEO content by using flattery as a bribe (ooh, someone wants to write for MY blog?)

I've been getting several of these the past few weeks too. I've eve replied to them, but nothing has happened. Can't really figure it out either. Maybe there is an ultra-evil virus inside the words! Yeah. That must be it.
