XML::RSS is now being mantained by brian d foy, and yours truly now has CVS access. My namespace patch has been applied to the most recent release, 0.98<em>01</em>, and the encoded output patch, and patch to handle attribute based modules (e.g. modadmin) have been checked into the CVS repository.
