Advertising, and Desire (Armed)

Boston is experiencing a saturation bombing ad campaign for Senseo pod coffee. It’s interesting how even the most banal advertising works on your subconscious desires. After nearly two weeks of seeing Senseo praised on every public surface I finally broke down last night and bought a copy of The Anarchist in the Library by Siva Vaidhyanathan of The Trouble with Tehtering.
