Der West is set to launch tonight.the “much-hyped, much-anticipated and much-delayed, very ‘Web 2.0′ regional newspaper portal.” Looks like some of the bigger ideas might have gone overboard in the attempt to launch, but from what I can piece together not speaking German still looks like it could be very interesting
