Also there really ought to be a site that facilitates offering up domain names you aren’t using to friends with a bit more structure then Twitter/blogging.

For a long time I’ve been thinking about the parallels between domain names and real estate. It’s strange that trading / leasing dormant domains isn’t more of a thing. Almost thought about building that a few months ago.
